Jack Crow was a United States Marine for 14 years. His dedication to service and customer care led him to open his own plumbing company after working for a national chain for 8 years. In 2004 Jack and his family moved to Missouri to enjoy a family environment in the small town community of Strafford. Jack started Action Rooter Sewer & Drain in 2004 and has over 20 years of plumbing experience.

Wow! Great Service and honest plumbers. Another company wanted to charge me over $2,000.00 for work that I did not need done. I would recommend Action Rooter for plumbing concerns. I filed through my HSA insurance on a Sunday night. At 8:00 am Monday, Jack (the owner) called to see what issues I was having and sent someone out. By 9:00, Chris was at my house and straight to work, and within an hour, everything was all taken care of. Jack and Chris were incredibly helpful and wasted no time in addressing the issues I had.
